basketball training, that's why!
training has been getting a hell lot tougher lately.
to train up our stamina,
coach has been making us
run and run and run and run and run...
competition is like in less than 7 weeks away!

so exciting right?!?!

sleep and never wake up.
but have to tahan &
try to figure out how to do the damn bank reconciliation.
so much more complicated compared to secondary school!

first off, 2.4km run outside school.
stretched & shoot some bballs.
RAIN. so off to the carpark.
alot more running.
5 min? half squads,
push up's, sit up's.

wa VERY tired.
it's been a long time since we last had training.
i think tmr sure leg pain. :/
for the first time felt so bored waiting for bus.
no handphone with me cause its at the service centre.
waited for bus so long by MYSELF.
cause someone xiao qi then dun wanna accompany me talk.

last Friday went to play basketball after school at tamp park.
in the hot sun from 1pm+ till 5pm+
for no reason when go home suddenly got rashes.
